All products sold on swsgame.com are digital goods delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download link has been issued.

No Refund Policy
Digital products are considered delivered and consumed upon the generation of a download link, regardless of whether the file has been opened or downloaded. For this reason, all purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

This policy applies to all digital file formats available on swsgame.com, including but not limited to JPG, PNG, EPS, and PDF downloads.

Exceptions
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchased file, please contact us immediately at support@swsgame.com. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly. Technical delivery failures on our end will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Right to Amend
MUSKETA LIMITED reserves the right to modify prices, product specifications, and these terms at any time without prior notice.
